Why are good guildmates so hard to find? - Page 2 - Guild Wars Forums

While it may be true that good players are already in guilds, that doesn't mean they aren't looking to join better guilds. I'm sure many people are in guilds that they really don't enjoy too much and would consider joining a better guild given the opportunity. I know, I'm one of em. :-P

You pretty much have to do what everyone here has already said. Play with people and if you get along with them ask them to join. Even if they are in another guild, you can always say something like, if you ever decide to quit your guild, we'd love to have you join us, or something like that.

I would suggest you don't make your guild totally pvp as they seldom last, unless they are korean and I'm really not sure about them either.

You just have to be friendly and helpful and on the game when most everyone else is and above all remember, it's only a game, so have fun.
